Red Lodge and billings. (home, living, moving)

i used to live in red lodge and round up mt
i am seriously in love with red lodge and im planning on moving back but i need to know whats the difference between red Lodge and billings. i know red lodge is different because of the culture and history but im talking as far as living and all that


im going to have a friend whos in a wheelchair so can you help compair what place would be best for him as far as living. he will be getting 600 from the state. its hard to live on that kinda money but what kinda places can we get together that is ok for him to get around. compair both cities, billings and red lodge

btw im not trying to cause any trouble by moving there and i dont want to bring lots of stuff because i cant drive so i dont really have a way to get anythign there. we will be just winging it : (
