Default Rentals

I'm planning on moving to Bozeman/Missoula but need to find a rental that'll take my dogs/cats. I have 2 Weimaraners , they are 5 years old and very well behaved and 2 cats, they are one year old. All the animals are fixed, but no one seems to be willing to accept bigger dogs. I need help!

Maybe get rid of the animals? 4 animals in a rental? Good luck with that!

I have a rental in Hot Springs and we have been letting our current tenants raise pit bulls. We are trying to evict them for not paying rent on time and not keeping up with mowing and such. We are pet friendly but Hot Springs is a bit out of the way for jobs and all.

Where can I get a rental that I don't have to pay rent or mow the lawn? That sounds like eutopia to me!

Like Barney Fife used to say, "You have to nip it in the bud" ! I think my tenants see the writing on the wall, they also saw the writing on our notice of violations letter !

Unfortunately, it's tough to find pet-friendly rentals in Missoula. Which is odd because almost everyone here seems to have a dog.
Since you have 4 pets, you're probably going to have very few options.
