Default Looking for background on a company in Livingston

We are considering moving to Livingston in the near future. I have a post in the 'outsiders" thread, but it was kinda overlooked. My husband is an electrician and was interested in learning more about Big Bear. Stability, Growth, history, reputation? Background information if possible, so as to be able to make an informed decision. Work here in Western North Carolina is obsolete, and not looking much better anytime soon! Why Montana? Other than the beauty, and the country. We would ultimately like to get our children back! Simplify life. Niether of us bring big city with us, we are both from relatively small towns, the one we live in now, is too "rich" for my blood. I will go to the grocery store in my sweats and my hair in a pony tail, in our town now, you go to the grocery store to "be seen". I go for milk!

Wind would be nothing new for us. We live in the blue ridge mountains, and winds are here too. Probably a bit more where you are, and more of a normal, but we are used to wind.

A proud Livingstonian, here, and I *love* the wind. Have seen lots of Big Bear company trucks around, so they must be doing something right. Check also with Tech Electric here in town.
