Big cold on the horizon....
NOAA weather radio is calling for lows -10 to -15 beginning this weekend. Snow over the weekend, looks like old man winter is rolling into town.

BRR for Montana, and I heard Shelton is suppose to get some snow too. I hope so because Christmas lights look better when the snow is falling..

Bring it on is what I say, I'm fully prepared, I switched from my ten year old sandals to my leather work boots about a week or so ago ! I'll swap out my ball cap for a sock hat and gloves when and if the cold front hits us. My trusty black leather jacket that I found at a junk shop for seven dollars will be fine with a long sleeve flannel shirt on. I'll break out the silk long-johns if it goes below zero.

-30 for many of the higher valleys of central Montana, including the towns of Lincoln and perhaps Neihart. Helena should see -25. Bozeman will get -15 or so.

My snow thrower is a litle bit broken and it may not work very well for a while, Ive got a very bad case of tendonitis in my elbow, er I mean my snow thrower ! The picture is of a pile of snow I shoveled off our 16' x 16' patio from just one little snowstorm last winter !

I've never seen it "too cold" to snow. I just watched the forcast for here and they're predicting 0 to +7 deg and heavy snow during the day and then -0 to -15 and snow at night.
