Real Estate Market in Kalispell?
My husband and I are considering a move from Cody Wyoming to Kalispell. I am just starting out in real estate and my husband works in construction. I was wondering about how dynamic the real estate market is--how much construction is going on-how active the real estate market is etc. I've read the other posts regarding Kalispell's traffic congestion, and frankly it's a little bigger than we had in mind, but at this stage in our lives and careers, we need a jump start and a little bigger place wouldn't be so bad.
