Oh dog bones, the post did not go thru! Grrr.Hi, I was living in Helena for about 4 years. My husband and I were living on the Upper East side. It was gorgeous there. We had planned on staying for the rest of our life. We got there in 5/2002 and had to leave in 1/2006 when my dad had a massive stroke which nearly ended his life.We would like to return to Helena one day. Before we left, they hadn't yet started construction of the road leading to I 15 just off Saddle Drive. I am aware that they have since finished some of the construction, and have built some new housing developments off of Saddle upwards by Morning Glory. Can you tell me how extensive the construction has been? Are they still in the construction phase or have they finished? I believe they were building condos. Also, what are the prices of the houses on the upper east side, for rentals as well as purchases. Is it still awfully difficult to find a good home in the Upper East side or has the new construction eleviated that problem. We were living on Sunlight Circle. It was a wonderful dream-like life! Beautiful!!Please let me know. Also are there a lot more folks in Helena now? What is it like now that they have controlled the deer population? Has that "taken" from what Helena used to be?/
