It smells like farts because you want to buy gasoline. There are oil refineries there. 
Go to Black Eagle and eat at @ 3Ds then you'll really know what farts smell like ! And the creepiness is only in the minds of the beholder !
Creepy is as Creepy sees ! 
Great Falls is not a glitzy place and never pretended to be. Some people like to live in creepy places like under bridges and crawlspaces with spiders and snakes. Tell us where you live and I bet I can tell you all about the creepy things about your town or city. |

I think all cities are creepy in some way or another. I prefer to live in a small town but some of them can be really creepy too ! I like Great Falls, we are going there today to do some shopping, I finally got my rig shoveled out.  |
