Hi, here's the name of a property management place. Premier Properties at 406-449-1234. Most places in Helena are rented from individual landlords instead of property management companies, but rentals are fairly plentiful. You can also look online at the Helena Independent Record (newspaper) at www.helenair.com. That's how most people find their places.

Good luck, and I hope you enjoy Helena. I'm sure it will be a much slower pace (understatement of 2007), but I really enjoy it here.

LOL, understatement of the century.

Have you ever been to Montana? I'm a New Yorker as well and I've lived in Montana for a few years (and enjoyed it), but make sure it's for you before you leave the city. Montana is the antithesis of everything New York.

If you've never been here before, renting is definitely the best thing to do before you make the plunge into a real estate purchase as well.

Did you come out here for a job interview too or was it a phone interview. I moved to Helena in 1997 without ever visiting and it took a little while to get used to things. But I wouldn't trade living here for anyplace else.
