I have never tried it, so I guess once we

At any rate, I am ready for some turkey bird,
coming up really soon!!
Elk roast is best!
Right now I have deer jerky drying.

Well I just got back from a drive to the southernmost point in the Everglades (Flamingo). While there I saw two Roseate Spoonbills, two Osprey on a nest, an American Crocodile and no pythons! A beautiful day here ~ 75, sunny, low humidity...

Wow, to see a Spoonbill in person! Photos please

I know this may belong in the dog forum but I wanted to share it with the dog lovers here I cannot acknowledge the author, sorry it showed up in an email from a friend.
Things I Learned From My Dog:
  1. Never pass up the opportunity to go for a joyride.
  2. Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in your face to be pure ecstasy.
  3. When loved ones come home, always run to greet them.
  4. When it's in your best interest, practice obedience.
  5. Let others know when they've invaded your territory.
  6. Take naps often and stretch before rising.
  7. Run, romp and play daily.
  8. Eat with gusto and enthusiasm.
  9. Be loyal.
  10. Never pretend to be something you're not.
  11. If what you want lies buried, dig until you find it.
  12. When someone is having a bad day, be silent, sit close by and nuzzle them gently.
  13. Thrive on attention and let people touch you.
  14. Avoid biting when a simple growl will do.
  15. On hot days, drink lots of water and lay under a shady tree.
  16. When you're happy, dance around and wag your entire body.
  17. No matter how often you're scolded, don't buy into the guilt thing or pout. Run right back and make friends.

Reziac what a beautiful dog!!!
seven of nine I read that to and it was a beautiful
testament to our beloved fur babies!!
Its so amazingly true! I would be completly lost
without my girls!!
Now I wonder if we could all be a little more like a
dog, and we could teach our goverment how to
be more loving and compasionate then maybe we
would all win..............Probably not.?
A girl can dream though. haha.

Thanks ... He's also very smart.... only "fumigates" people who are wearing sandals! This is why he has several other names

Thanks Aside from his more-obnoxious habits, he's rather a character... when he was a tiny puppy he would imitate me in odd ways.. when I walked along the edge of the concrete, he did the same. His silly daughter Slice does things like... if she sees you carry off stuff in the wheelbarrow, next chance she gets, she climbs in and sits there, waiting to be wheeled off!
