I mowed and swept the front yard. Even woke up the old Stihl whacker and trimmed around the fences and foundation and trees.
That's enough for one day.
After all, I'm retired!
however, I decided that since I was in the shop anyway, it would be a good idea to see why the "project car" wouldn't run. Always go for the simple stuff, it was a plugged fuel filter! Took the one off the parts car, and it worked. I'll have to get a couple of new ones next time I'm in town. There is no telling what kid of crud is in that gas tank, it sat in a Nevada wrecking yard for about 5 years!

Btw, I just invited a neighbor who has a question about Billings. Hey maybe they will do a little yard work?

Wait, I think I am catching a wisp of your smoke!
Sounds like you deserve a nice rest on the davenport.
Blue skies all around here.

Send 'em to my place. We had more rain this winter than in the previous 10 years combined, and the greenery grew apace... so now my yard looks like Jurassic Weedpark!
Hey, maybe I could use those T-Rex bones for yard gnomes!!

Project car is a 1983 AMC Eagle SX/4 Sport, 6 cyl, 5 speed.
We have progressed to the point where it is driveable.
Now to get the new exhaust, interior work, and paint.
It will not be a show car, just a fun driver.

Yes my observations over here is the flora and fauna waste no time putting the hydro/photosynthesis to work in short order. I can watch the grass grow! Good for the cattle and deer!
