Me, I don't like Tillamook cheese much -- too oily when it melts and not enough flavour. I prefer Land O'Lakes!

Didn't know there were other Tillamook products, tho!

The problem with yellow cheddar type cheeses and most butter is that they are dyed with yellow dye.

Only when the cows can't get fresh grass (usually meaning only in winter). It's usually a natural dye, nothing harmful. And so long as it tastes like butter or cheese and not like dye...

Well Ol' rickers finally found out what the cause of this latest bad case of gout was caused by, (as well as several other bothersome ailments). It's my medication for high blood pressure ! LISINOPRIL Bad Bad evil drug.
Oh by the way, over a week without alcohol and I feel great. I'll be controlling my H.B.P. with better diet and exercise from now on.
Bad Lisinopril, bad Lisinopril !

Now there is some good HBP medicine!

My BP was high a couple years back, but I found out, (thanks to a very kind nurse) that I was holding my breath unconsciously when they took the readings. I took some deep breaths and it went to 124/84... Lots better than 145/93! I've had "white coat" syndrome since getting involuntarily poked and prodded in the Army, but now I think I've finally found a clinic I can be comfortable in. (Thanks to my awesome wife..)
