NancyB2009 is on a distinguished road
Just wanted to stop by and introduce myself "hello, I'm Nancy" I am new to the site and am feeling very welcome. My husband and I bought 40 acres just outside Glasgow and are building a house, we plan to move next year if not sooner. We are from NJ. We bred and raise labrador's, we have 6 lol. I have made a website if I am allowed to post it? My husband is a big hunter and fisherman, he also is a taxidermist on the side. If anyone has any helpful info about Glasgow (jobs, moving, ???) anything...I would love to hear about it. Well I guess I better get going.....I will stop back later....have a great day......bye

The heat doesn't bother me all that much and the cold isn't as big of a deal as long as we have snow, I live in Ohio and some winters are good and some not much snow at all, and it makes for a much longer winter when its just brown. Thank you for all of the great information, I told my husband about naming your own beverage there and he thinks thats awsome. I am doing alot of research before making any moves anywhere. I hope you enjoy your new guest. Thanks again.

I looked at your album, the pics are great, you even have one from Fort Peck (I have the same pic). I took it when my husband and I went to Montana in 2007 to get married.

Maybe I will post some pics from Montana in an album if anyone would like to see our property and alot of other nice pics. I am a camera nut when it comes to taking pics.

Howdy!! I've got a pack of Labs myself Was hatched in ND and grow'd up in MT, but been in SoCal for a long time.. workin' on moving back to MT, I should live so long... NJ used to be dog-and-hunter-friendly country, but boy has that changed in the past few years! What bloodlines do you have?

Just got back from a weekend at the UKC dog show, finished two new Champions (I'm now up to 43 CHs, which I believe is a record for any breed in the UKC Gundog group) -- far's I know I'm the last breeder in the U.S. still doing conformation shows with fieldbred Labradors (and I just applied to become a judge). My foundation female came from Eddie Barbeau in Helena MT, 13 generations ago. I used to run fieldtrials but don't have the energy for that anymore. Still sell quite a few to hunters tho!

Congratulations Rez, your dedication to your breed is amazing!
One of my favorite times here on the prairie is to catch a glimpse of a well tuned hunter/dog spotting on their target.
I also now understand what field-bred is now, had an encounter with an out of stater and he dished on his dog. I hope this dang cold goes away for a little while until we get our venision. Looks like we have a new dog neighbor on the board.
