Smile Let's visit.....

ok, there have been some IMO trolly post lately so lets just visit on the porch.
Guess you all in the southern part of the state think you need to get out the Christmas decorations again. I am not complaining about the snow again! I acutally have some bare ground on the hi-line.

I was looking at the MT highway cams earlier today, and thinking the same thoughts -- what's with all the global warming all over the ground at this time of year?! Also noticed that a couple of hi-line cams showed a thoroughly unfair stretch of bare ground, some of it even starting to green up!

So where 'zactly are y'all at?

We had a hard freeze last night here in the SoCal high desert -- latest I've ever seen it freeze in 25 years living here!

Closer to a Walmart in North Dakota than to one in Montana
This being only my second winter here I was quite surprised by the amount of snow we had. I have seen photos from the locals showing me snow up to the second story roofs. I still have enough ice in the back to skate on.
Let me refresh your drink...Do I see Rickers driving up the road with his Polly parrot? Is that AQHA riding by?

Nope, me. And I'm actually ready for spring this year. Too much nice weather in January and February to suit me. That and I'm down to pushing snow with the loader instead of blowing it now. Too much of a water layer underneath, clogs up the impeller.

Darn good "lemonade" you have here, really relaxes a guy!

Looking out at my deck and rocker and realized I've got to push off about 4 inches of "global warming" before I can sit and relax. I guess I will make up some corn bread and ice tea while I wait for it to hit the expected 40 degree mark.
Should I set out a couple extra glasses? Would y'all like some honey butter for the corn bread?
C'mon by and sit a spell!!!

Them cousins is ugly... the one with the tall head looks like he drank too much whiskey. The other one looks like a serial killer.

As soon as I can catch her I'll take her picture and post it. She's been eating better and growing fast and she's getting harder to catch every day.
