Can anyone tell me a names of the hospitals in miles city that may have been around in 1949 I am looking for a person (grandmother) who may have immigrated to America, and that is supposed to be their first stop.

Could be...
It could be Holy Rosary Health Center. Its the only hospital I remember in Miles City. They have a website at: http://www.holyrosaryhealthcare.org/default.htm
