Default Madison Valley Builders

Hi. I am looking for some referrals to builders in the Madison Valley. I have a few names that I have spoken with but would like to broaden the search. It is important to note that I am not building a macmansion so some may not be interested. Looking around 1600 sq. foot primary living space range.

Thanks (and please don't refer me to search engines or the yellow pages-that we have done)

Glad you are not building a macmansion-- we don't put up with that kind of Tom-foolery. Have you considered a doublewide?

We too are looking to build in Madison Valley but we are still a couple of years away. So far we've received recommendations for the following three builders: MDM, B&E and Croy. We were told that MDM was the largest contractor of the three, Croy the busiest and B&E the smallest but most imaginative and artistic. All of these builders are in the Ennis area. We have not spoken to any of the three yet so I can't provide any first hand information but since you hadn't received any other responses I figured I'd contribute what little information I have. What area are you building in? Would you mind sharing information about the builders you have contacted so far?

If you are looking for a log home Baker Creek Log Homes in Bozeman, Montana has a very good reputation in the Madison Valley.

If you are looking for a traditional home Von Construction/Von Homes also in Bozeman, Montana has a good reputation in the Madison Valley.

No I think the word artsy was mentioned in the other post. I have some siding I could give them.

Hey in Montana a double wide is like a mansion isn't it? A double wide with three broke down cars out front. You never know, those cars could be worth something one day!

Thanks 7of9, I figured it was in good fun and I'd be pretty happy with a doublewide as long as that character I just saw on the front porch isn't hanging around!

I sense a hint of the 'go green' communism, global warming, crap when I hear, "Don't build a MacMansion!". Me, I live in a log house shack because that's all my poor ass could afford, but it's warm and has a beautiful view and I can pee outside without getting a sex crime conviction.
