Helena rentals are so overpriced. I tried to help a friend of mine find a one or two bedroom house. Anything decent went around $1200/mo. Apartments avg $900/mo insane. In Great Falls, comparable housing was nearly cut in half. Finally found an apartment in safe part of town for $700. Still pretty high

We just left a smaller three bedroom apartment in Helena for $950/month. We found a three bedroom house with a yard in our hometown for $685/month. That was an "average" rent, mind you. They are way overpriced, and you would do better to find one maybe in East Helena or even Townsend and drive in to work.
