You can't be serious asking a question like that. The only thing about Montana that is white is the ground in February.

Montana is much like Wyoming. There are good neighbors and there are bad neighbors. The good ones you help out and they help you out. The bad ones you ignore. Doesn't make much difference what color their skin is.

Very different. January, February are white months. March, April are dreary brown with occasional white and some green. May is very green. June is starting to turn brown again but not completely. July is definately brown as is August. Nobody knows what color September is because they're just happy that it's not so hot out. Oct, Nov and Dec are brown with occasional white again.

Is there anything special about Montana? Why is the population low?

No, but Montana is very visibly white. I saw a Latino once in Bozeman and had to do a double-take.

Yeah, there are things special about Montana. The population is low because it isn't overrun with huge cities.

The western half is especially beautiful.
