Rental in Townsend / Canyon Ferry Area (Helena: renters, home, to buy)

Hey all, We have been looking in the Helenair and every where else we can find for a rental. We do have a place to reside till we find one but hope not to impose on friends too long. We are coming out the first week of Aug and are looking to rent a home for our Sept / Oct move. We feel we need to rent for a while till we find the right home to buy. If you know of a home in the Townsend / Canyon Ferry area that could be leased or rented, please let us know. The ideal place would be a 3 br acreage with a shop or garage. We know this will be hard to find so we appreciate your help.

PS. We will be good renters and have solid income.

Did you look at the Townsend Star? Townsend people advertise there, not in the Helena paper. The web address is townsendstar.net, I think. You could also run a classified. They are dirt cheap in the Townsend Star. I am from Townsend originally, now live in Helena, and advertise occasionally in the classifieds.

Yes, we have been watching the star and reading it on line. Nice little paper.
