If its listed and in NW MT it will be listed here Home - Northwest Montana Association of Realtors
Very detailed searchable MLS data base but for NW MT only... I have no idea why there isn't a single MLS data base for the whole state ! Would make things much easier I would venture to guess !

I found the only way to get the realtors' websites was to go to a city's website page (if they have one) and find the realtors who are listed on the city's site with the chamber of commerce. There is usually a link to the websites to search for property but not the whole state - just what the individual realty office is listing. Kind of a pain but I found "big" realty sites just didn't show all the listings that the smaller ones had...

Be a little cautious with the United Country properties -- they tend to be distressed or in some way not salable through regular real estate outlets.

The realtors who are also members of United Country ARE regular real estate outlets. My friends office is a member and I have been looking at various properties for years on many MLS lists and websites of all kinds of real estate agencies and have seen as many distressed properties on the other sites as well if you use their search features. The so called higher end realtors don't list these low end properties on their list of "featured properties" but they still list them. Those so called distressed properties are the ones that I go for. I've never paid more than $40,000 for any property because I like making money right off the bat using them for rentals. It's very hard to make my business plan work buying $250,000 properties. I'd be upside-down and bankrupt so fast. God bless these so called distressed properties and God bless realty sites like United Country for not being so snobby and actually showing all they have on the site rather than hiding them. One of my properties was on the United Country website before I bought it and it's paying for itself plus feeding income into our account.
