Help!!! I need a good mechanic (Great Falls, Shelby: buying, estimate, car)

in the Shelby/Conrad area. Rickers, hook me up! I am having a hard time finding a mechanic who isn't trying to fleece me.

Does anyone know af a "good honest" mechanic? I can go to Great Falls if I have to, but my problem will probably require a day of two to fix, and I have no way to get back to Shelby if I do that.

So, anyone know of anyone nearby?

Have you talked to Appley Repair at 902 Birch in Shelby ? 424-2915. I haven't used this guy but I plan on having him do some work on a Camry that we are buying. We talked to him on the phone and he seems like an honest guy. He came up with the lowest estimate and gave us some really good advice. If you use this guy and are happy would you let me know or if you find someone else that is good and you're happy with I would like to know who to go to. I already know of one plumber and one local car mechanic that I will never use again. If you end up needing a ride from G.F. let me know.
