And how long have you been here lorelei2873???

Well, I wouldn't want you to know how old I am but I grew up here (attended the same school system k-12) and live here. I was born somewhere else, carted here by parental units as a babbling babe, but I wasn't cognizant as a toddler. So, this is really all I've known.

I was mostly just curious because always seems like the most opinionated people on the page are the ones that don't live here anymore or who just moved here. If you look up their posts, you can see they're posting just as vehemently and frequently on out of state boards (and I'm not talking Wyoming).

Nice to meet ya! Have a good one.

It's fun to learn more about everyone, and I do value the wonderful Montana folks on this forum.

Me, I was whelped in North Dakota, but that's almost Montana And I've got relatives around Great Falls, Fort Benton, and Bozeman. (And all over ND and MN, too.)

Grew up in Great Falls and even tho I've been in the SoCal desert the past 25 years, I still think like a Montanan... I don't post on the CA boards, cuz I really have nothing to say to 'em; they ain't my kind, so to speak. Been hanging out here, and occasionally in the ND forums, cuz this is where the real people are. I'm just not that interested in the rest of the world anymore.

Eventually I'll get moved back to MT. Tough to do when you've got a bunch of livestock to move too, but it's a'comin'.

I came to Montana from PA in 1948. In fact, most of my uncles moved to Montana or Wyoming from PA.
Other than military service, working for Boeing, and working in Wyoming, I have been a Montana resident ever since.
If we ever go to full-time RV living, we will move to a state that does NOT have an income tax, and (hopefully) has cheaper vehicle registration fees.

I've only lived in Montana for twelve years. My family has owned property in the Noxon area for over 45 years though and If I count all the times I've visited for my yearly ski vacations I now feel like a home grown Montana boy.

Default Looking to take a job in Box Elder MT

Can anyone tell me anything about Box Elder MT? I might get a job at the health center there. My sister lives in Bozeman, she just recently moved there and is building a home 4 hours north of there on a lake. I don't know anything about MT, will i be able to find a place to live? What type of vehicle do i need?
