You are one lucky person.

I rode for some of the big herds. Had a good cuttin horse or two. When you mentioned Dun it, it brought back some memories.

I've rode some of the best and can really appreciate a good ride. Rode for Rush Creek, Jennings Brothers, Sutton, Korkow, Anderson, and a few others.

I'll tell you. People don't realize that buying quality makes a diff. I've had a lot of horses through the years, most were loyal, most were good, but the really good ones had lines.

I had never hear the term "futurity" before I moved to Montana.
Very cool sport, great teamwork!

I laughed my rear off about the jockey comment, maybe they were jockeys, but how do you explain the three lights I saw in the sky, and that sound? I think it was a UFO.

You can't ride papers but the papers do often times make a better horse. And the papers do certainly tell you what type of horse he will turn out to be. I don't normally fork out the money to get a top notch horse like this, but I found this one and knew of the trainer who was selling him so I did it. This six year old is Cadillac all the way. His sidepass and spin and everything are totally push button, quite a horse.

Same with dogs. There are some good ones out of who-knows-what breeding, but you can't depend on it. When you need predictably consistent performance, breeding counts.

Cool, you'll have to post a pic sometime. A good Boston is a sharp-looking dog!
