Default Need advice! Bozeman restaurants

Hi all,
I have some family visiting Bozeman from out of town next week and I'd like to take them out for a FANTASTIC dinner. It'll be our one dining out experience of the weekend, so I'm not too concerned with cost.
A few recommendations I've already received:
The Emerson Grill - though I've heard mixed reviews
John Bozeman's Bistro
The Hatchery (though I went a few months ago and wasn't impressed)

Any one have any other suggestions?

What about The Mint in Belgrade?

There are many fantastic restaurants in Bozeman but many of them are out of my price range.
We went to the Mint for a business dinner and it was lovely!

The Land of Magic in Logan used to serve excellent steak & prime rib. It's been a along time since I've been down that way so I don't know if it's still in business or any good.

Problem with this location is that it is in LOGAN and I would not take any out of state friends and relatives there.

If you are able to make the drive this time of year and are willing to pay for five star dining, then have you considered Chico? Also, Second Street Bistro in Livingston looks great and was recently on the Travel Channel show Anthony Bourdain No Reservations. You can watch the episode on youtube (search above show with 'montana'). For something casual, but with great food, try Pine Creek Lodge and Cafe south of Livingston. For Bozeman, consider Looie's Downunder.

Sorry to not mention much in Bozeman, just figured visitors would enjoy a drive.

Oasis in Manhattan has great food but is grubby.
Looies down under has good food, it's in a basement. Bozeman's bistro is good. The new ted turner place is cool but overrated, IMO.
For foreign food: 18 miles to the border on main street has a nice california style mexican. Plonk is nice for drinks. Mackenzie river is good for families but is a little sloow.
There's a tapas place off main st too...lots of stuff it depends on what your family likes...

I'd also suggest the Land of Magic in Logan. It's really good! If you want to take them to a good breakfast, I'd suggest The Western Cafe on east main in Bozeman. Both places are more "Montana like" than some of the other restaurants mentioned. Sir Scotts Oasis is also very good, as is the bistro.
