Here is a local MLS property search page that may be of use to you all. Keep in mind that hardly any properties are selling for the listed price, it's still a buyers market. The tough part is getting the banks to lend. Even when the price has been lowered they may still dicker to make a sale.

My huband and I are moving to Conrad at the end of the year. We'll be there for 3 years. I've been looking for rentals, but there doesn't seem to be any. Do you have any recommendations or advice?

Thank you! We're moving from the Baltimore/DC metro area, so this will be quite a change. Looking forward to it though!

If you are moving for a job, I'd ask future employer for help finding a place.

Conrad is a very small town surrounded by wheat fields & cattle ranches interspersed with oil wells. So unless some farmer has an unused house on the farm (typically called wheat ranch) or maybe grandma's empty house in town, I think it will be difficult to find a place to live. It is the type of place where the school likely has teacherages for teachers to live in.

Conrad, MT. Excellent town. One of my favorites in MT. You might try the realtors for
rental information: H&R Realty or Harvest View Realty.

High school mascot is the Conrad Cowboys. You might wanna get some Wylie and the
Wild West CD's. Ran into Wylie Gustafson in the Gary and Leo's (grocery store) once.
It's nothing like Baltimore or DC. Very livable, just "Buck up and Huck It"
