The group can then make sure that all fences meet these standards. Also we can make sure they don't have any out buildings that would distract from the true beauty.

You know what? the true beauty was the rear license plates of that couple leaving the state.
Those folks are what gives us Californians a bad name That is why I have purposely avoided neighborhoods with Homeowners associations. I don't need anyone telling me what color to paint my house, or that I need to trim my tree, or that I can't park in the street, or there was a piece of trash in my yard....

Default Hey Bamaboy

Why do you want to go to Montana? I live in the Anniston - Jacksonville area of Alabama. Just kidding about why you want to go. I bought some land near Stanford in the Little Belt mountains a couple of years ago. Hope to build a home there in the next couple of years. I have made 3 trips out there and the folks in Montana are great. Where do you want to live?

Hey joinwest Looks like all the good folks from Alabama are moving to Montana. I bought land out there a couple of years ago. I just can't stand the pace Alabama is getting into. Where are you located? I live in Weaver, between Anniston and Jacksonville.
