I attend one of the larger Protestant churches in town, which is St. Paul's Methodist. We're located in the heart of Helena and we welcome everyone! We have two Sunday services and a variety of educational and social activities throughout the week. St. Paul's is one of the oldest congregations in Helena and is directly across from the Catholic cathedral. St. Paul's is a supporter of many community organizations and has a special relationship with Intermountain Children's Home. We have a choir that will make you get goosebumps, which always adds a lot of joy and excitement to the services. Check it out at
www.stpaulshelena.org. The church also has a backdrop of Mount Helena, so you can be inspired by nature as you listen to the awesome practical, scripture-based sermons. We are a very positive church with a long history in the community.
I have also attended St. John's Lutheran on a few occasions and know several people that go there. It's also located in the central part of Helena. I enjoyed it.
I know quite a few people who attended the Four Square church in East Helena, but it's a bit too evangelical for me personally. However, some folks just love it.
