Hi, Violet

I've gotten seriously distracted, and the land (2 and 1/2 acres, with cabin ... more like a small house) hasn't been put on the market yet. It's not far from Miller's camp, and Piney creek goes through it on the way to Arroyo Seco river (a few hundred yards downstream). It may be for sale at the end of the year. Mike

Hi, Violet

I'm a complete clutz with computers; I hope this reaches you. First, sorry for the delay in responding. Second, the land is about to be put on the market. It is 2 and 1/2 acres, off Arroyo Seco Rd, very close to its intersection with Carmel Valley Rd. Renters are leaving by September 8. The cabin (maybe 29 years old, very well-built but not well cared for) sits on a bluff overlooking Piney Creek (dry now, but usually running), with great views of the mountains in the distance. Cabin is small --- a great room with windows on one side, opening to a kitchen. Sleeping loft (or storage area) is above kitchen and bathroom, reached by ladder. Asking price as is --- $300,000, which is pretty firm. If I don't get any serious interest, I will fix the place back up, pretty it some, and adjust the price. The realtor handing sales and inquiries is Mike Tidwell, TNT Realty in Greenfield. All the best! Mike Miller

My mother's family has land in Arroyo Seco. I know that extended family members enjoy spending their free time there. Where exactly is the land you are interested in?
