Montreal Traffic Terrible, Drivers Are Swerving On The Busy Downtown Highways, Pedestrians Keep Crossing Even Youre Green. People Park There Car Everywhere On The Street, Very Crowded! Quebec City Is The Best

But once you made it through the traffic, I have to agree Montreal is fabulous. With regards to Quebec city, nothing beats its old city....
