National Post: Tips on maintaining your vision (working, people)

I was reading the National Post, and I happened upon an article that caught my attention: it was an infographic about vision. I think a lot of people take their own vision for granted and don't take the steps neccissary to protect their eyes, and I sure as heck didn't do most of the stuff that this article suggested:
