I notice that Montreal dogs are very well behaved. They always walk beside their owner, and rarely do they pull forward. How do the montrealais train their dogs to be so obedient? Could you tell me if dogs in Vancouver or Toronto are as well behaved? And there seems to be plenty of dog parks, as well. Is it the same in the rest of Canada?

They also bark differently! I notice they say "ouff-ouff" or sometimes "bouw-wouw" or even "tabarnac."
Do dogs talk like this all over Canada or only in Montreal?

Montreal dogs are bilingual. It's the law.

Not quite. They have to bark twice as loud in French!
