I recently came back to Los Angelea California! I lived in Canada for two years. I have all my family in Canada I have nobody here. I over stay my welcom in Canada so they coun removal form for one year it meants that I'm not allow to entry Canada for a year.. But I have a 7 months daughter in Canada and my common law partner doesn't want to marrie me? How do I go back to Canada? How and where do I apply for requests to go back to Canada?

Canada immigration said that she was better of with the mom!!! But I wonder how should I go back?? what steps should I take and how should I do it??

Contact the Canadian Consulate and ask them what procedure you must go through.

I did, they could give me any info because I have to stay out of Canada for a year. so I guest im stuck in American which I hate in the 1st place.. I don't understand why Canada is doing this to me, Canada suppose to be a country with opportunities and keep family together and they doing this to me..

Aaah; now it all becomes clear.........you're "special".

For heaven's sake, did you mention this to the CBSA agents? I mean, if you had broken the law, but as justification, mentioned your special circumstances and all; I'm sure you'd have been given the benefit of the doubt and immediately been granted permission to...........
