Yep, pretty much what I've been saying too.

What a coincidence that you mentioned Patate Mallette in Beauharnois. There's an article about that restaurant in our local Chateauguay newspaper, Le Soleil (or as I call it, Le So Late. )

I've driven by Patate Mallette with a friend, but have never eaten there. Next chance I get, I swear I'm stopping in.

DH and I have been living in sin since 1987... and now I want to get married! Look at this cake!

Very creative wedding cake, all the best.
Also when you do get a chance to stop by Malettes do get a couple of their outstanding steamies to go with that Poutine.

I like adding sautéed mushrooms and onions, dill, and sriracha to poutine.

I'm a small person and can't eat too much food at one sitting. I can take the steamies home, though. I'd focus more on the poutine....mmm!

No...just no. That's sacrilegious. Dill should be banned outright! I love mushrooms, but not in poutine.

Sriracha? I had to google it to find out what it is. In poutine? Oh, I say "Nay, nay."
