A certain young lady in Montreal had a YouTube video of herself speaking Italian. I asked if she could also speak English and French, and she said she could.

AS Montreal is a cosmopolitan city many people in Montreal are multi-lingual,ill assume this is not common place in your locale.

I doubt it. The accent is very different from a Québécois speaking English.
