Default Trick or treat time in Morgantown

Is trick or treating tonight, or has it already occurred?

That's messed-up that someone even has to ask that!

I remember a few years ago, we were at our homeowners association meeting, and someone started talking about how trick-or-treating should be on the 29th or something because it was a Saturday. I about fell off my chair! There are too many anal people out there with too much time on their hands!!

Halloween -- and trick-or-treating -- is always on the 31st. ALWAYS. Simple as that.

You would think so, but ive had kids knock on my door before the 31st in Morgantown. I have no clue when it is every year. I thought I was going to get lots of trick or treaters but I only had 10 or so. So I have a ton of candy left. Anyone in Morgantown want some free candy?
