Just wanted to say it's BEAUTIFUL! The campus, everything! And the state too!
I got accepted into WVU 2 weeks ago, and theres a good chance i'll go there

Congrats on the acceptance! WVU and West Virginia are too very wonderful things that happen to go together. Glad to see that you enjoyed your visit.

WVU is an awesome school, best in WV, and for a young person there is no better town than Morgantown.
Most WVU students love their decision.
If you have any questions let us know. We would be glad to answer them.

Thanks! I'm close to making a decision, but I'm waiting for a few more colleges to reply back.
My dad loves WVU after the visit, so that helps

The OP should definitely check out Marshall University... and some of the smaller private colleges West Virginia has to offer. Wesleyan, AB, Davis & Elkins, and two of my personal favorites... The University of Charleston and Wheeling Jesuit University. I'm a very proud graduate from Marshall and would recommend it 100%

Ok, I am officially a West Virginia Mountaineer! I paid my deposits 2 weeks ago.
@bobbyconn: It came down to these:
1. WVU (obviously.)
2. Appalachian State University
3. The University of Alabama
4. The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss)
5. The University of Tennessee (Ironically they used to be my #1 choice.)
I'm excited. My priority date is Feb. 23rd.

Congrats, once you bleed blue and gold you can officially call yourself a mountaineer Just try not to party to hard, a couple of friends went to WVU and forgot why they were there the first semester.
