It's a great way to get to and from Pittsburgh. For students with valid ID the fare to Penn Station (AMTRACK and Bus) is $5.90 one way. Same for those over 65 years of age. Regular passenger fare is $11.80.
Now these are standard urban busses, and don't have the luxary seating offered by Grey Line, but the cost is less than half or less than 25% depending on age/student status. So if cost is a factor, this might help. Also it adds to the flexibility and availability of service.
A Port Authority bus runs from Liberty Ave. to the Airport for less than $4 or less than $2 for seniors, so it is possible to get to the Pittsburgh Airport for less than $14 one way for seniors, and less than $16 for students.
It also offers connections with these public transit providers, providing North Central WV with an outstanding public transit system:

Now, what is needed is are daily bus runs to Charleston and Wheeling, early mornings and early evenings. That way, those areas could tie into the same services and services in those areas would be available to NCWV folks as well.
