I am a young doctor who will be relocating to Morgantown in early December to begin work at the UWV Medical Center. I am looking for a nice townhome(2-3 BR/2 Bath) in a quiet neighborhood with other professional adults. I also like to run and bike and am looking for something close to that experience. I am not concerned with the price and want something nice, and preferably away from student lifestyle. Any information you can give me would be appreciated.

If you're looking for something nice and fairly close to medical facilities, I might know of just such a place. I'll PM you about it.

Morgantown is full of town homes close to the medical facilities that meet your criteria. I dont know names, but it is not hard to find them as you cant throw a rock without hitting one.

However, as a doctor, you could do better. You could have a house with lots of land. Traffic is not so bad and you could afford Cheat Lake and drive 15-30 minutes a day, perhaps 45 minutes during a bad day, and live in a McMansion.
