Look into Pat Stewart Realty...it's a family operation that's been around for 40+ years. I'm guessing that she's retired by now and her son might be running things, but I could be wrong. Jeff is pretty good and went through hell for me over my property due to the previous owner being very flaky and ridiculous to deal with. The whole process was dragged back and forth and I can vouche for his professionalism due to this. 100% worth getting in touch with him; just a different experience from the other realtors that I spoke with before working with him. Very good people...
