I don't know how someone so successful can get so carried away like that, but he does. He fights tooth and nail to protect his interests every time. I often do not agree with him at all, but nobody can deny the things he has accomplished in our county and elsewhere.

One may tout his many accomplishments - and he has been very successful - but his foolish actions render him just that. A fool.

He should run for City Council. Morgantown could have its own Donald Trump.

He does sometimes act like a fool, but I seriously believe calling him one would be to greatly underestimate him. Same with Trump.

I agree. Everyone I have talked to loves that he won't back down to City Council. He definitely has populist appeal. If you didn't see the video live you are missing out. There are plenty of roads in the city's jurisdiction that are being totally ignored. He is just saying what people would "like to say" but don't have the nerve to. I wouldn't call that crazy at all.

I just wish he would have toned it down a little before he got to the "Are you taking bribes?" part. LOL. I think he could have got a lot more in.

Well if you read the open letter in Sunday's Dominion Post, it sounds like WVU has had enough of him.

You're going to see WVU get more active on a number of fronts politically, in my opinion... not just in Morgantown. While Biafora's interests have coincided with those of The University at times, his developments tend to be of a purely commercial nature. Don't think for a minute he didn't get himself escorted out on purpose. That adds to the drama and makes his presentation more effective.

I wish that I did, but I don't. It was in Sunday's paper and I don't have a pay subscription for the Dominion Post. Full page letter from the attorney representing WVU, Glenmark, the Lynch family and American Campus Communities.

Really did a good job of debunking Biafora's claims and explaining how the developments have followed the letter of the law and how much B&O tax revenue they will take in for the city/state.
