I personally don't like that look because I think it looks a bit outdated compared to other conference baseball stadiums. It does look like it has everything it needs in terms of suites, seating, scoreboard, and party area, to stay competitive with the finest. I like the capacity, because It's important that we don't short change ourselves. Example being Pitt's relatively new baseball stadium that has barely any seats.

Yes, they are the conceptual renderings. It is anticipated that the final drawings will be on that order, but as you mentioned, they have not been developed yet.
