I am going to move to Morgantown soon.And I want to find a house that is near to west virginia university.Dose anyone has such information available,like website?
Rent a house or apartment? Perhaps buy or rent only?
There is a ton of housing in MoTown and more going up every day - seems most are apartments or townhouses.
May also want to look at BuyStudentHousing.com - Don't waste $$$ on rent!! if this fits your situation. I know several people who bought houses for their kids while in school at WVU and had no problem selling them at graduation.
