Hello, I am currently staying in a corporate apartment in Morgantown, but I really want to rent a house so my dogs and boyfriend can come out here with me. The trouble is I have been on craigslist, the newspaper's website, and even went out driving around neighborhoods for like 3 hours today and NOTHING! Yes, I have also emailed realtors. At this point, I am hoping someone on here can point me in the right direction.
Needs: pet friendly (they are older, well behaved, pampered); at least washer and dryer hookups (if the appliances are there, great.) Yes, it has to be a detached home.
I am willing to pay $800 a month, but I only need a small house, so smaller rent would be good. I am also willing to commute. Maybe as far south as Fairmont, but I can go even further north.
