need a 3BD near Morgantown (Fairmont, Cheat Lake: rental, school, live)

We are relocating to Morgantown when school is out. im not too familiar with the are and live 3 hrs away. i need help finding a nice rental in the vicinity. i prefer to be out of town, maybe up to 20 min away from morgantown. we need 3BD and a yard. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks jes

Jes, ... it depends somewhat on the price you are seeking, but 20 minutes from town would put you basically in Fairmont, Uniontown, almost in Waynesburg, and some smaller towns. If you are looking for rather upscale accomodations, you might want to look in Cheat Lake, which is closer than 20 minutes but still out of the town itself.
