My first thoughts are: Approved (YAY).

Hold on means hang on to your life, the tiger's tail is going to give you a hell of a ride. I am a bit bitter this AM because of mortgage people.

You are one of the good guys. I'm thinking hold on means: Hold on to something solid, our underwriting staff will be along soon to beat you up. Hope the good guys win one!

It's been the craziest ride I've been on, guess I've been lucky. Let's just say I was losing A LOT of sleep over this, I would wake up literally with my hands in the air, like STOP ..... in the middle of the night. Yesterday I had some good news, ...... Ive been so productive today ... now this .......

Hah, those are good interpretations. My guess is that it's approved, and hold on while they give you a list of conditions that they will need to gather from various parties?

A short email like deserves a clarification. Perhaps they hit send too early?
