30yr fixed looking, what rates are you seeing? (loan, score, loan)

We've been offered 4.375% fixed 30yrs ($300K) conv with 20% down, how does that compare with what you seeing?

That looks pretty good, I have been seeing around 4.5% lately

Thanks, got it from a broker and my bank say they'll match it. This makes me think there's better out there.

Got an update today from a local broker, 4.375%, 4.395% APR fixed 30yr no points.

• you have nothing unless you lock in the rate

What's your score and what type of loan is it?

Our score is 800, not sure what I can add to that other than I did above, 30yr fixed, 20%down conventional.
