I understand exactly what Victor is talking about.....The OP relied on the better service of the CB lender to get them through the process. I'm willing to bet that lender was there for you evenings and weekends to hold your hand and coach you through the process. I don't think anyone can deny you need to do what's best for you, but there's a way to walk away graciously, and a way to walk away with class. I hope you find a way to do both, cuz karma's a *****.

Seriously Smartmoney? Odds are the transaction is complete. And karma, really? Who cares if they went with someone else. It's a free market and I'm sure the business would do everything they could to help them if they fell on hard times.
