Not sure how WF does it specifically, but the majority of the time this is achieved by:
1. Making a mortgage payment
2. Waiting for payment to be processed. (Usually the online system will update and give you a new due date)
3. Repeat-

So this can be done over days, instead of months. I've had my mortgage ahead by a few months before.

Is there a way you can ask for one central contact, and give this person copies of everything you have submitted, to date (hire someone to make copies for you so it doesn't drive you crazy)?

The phone bill thing is just ridiculous. If you can get one contact (a supervisor), ask them if they would like to do this themselves. Why is it necessary?

I didn't understand what else you said you needed (credits for a year? - what kind of "credits")?

You need help but don't give up.

When you are done, file a complaint and never do business with them again. They are horrible.

If you are responding to the first post it's from 2011 and the person probably doesn't post here anymore.

Yeah, but it feels good to punch a bully

WF is once again morphing and trying to reinvent themselves, yet no matter what they do, they remain a black hole.
