If anyone has been sitting on the fence as far as locking in an interest rate, today might be the day to do it. Wow....I have never seen such low rates in all my days.

I locked in at 3.5 for a 30 year fixed last week. Is it even lower now?....lawl.

There is no question that pricing is better than last week, but I am sure you still have a great deal cooking.

Are you sure because my friends, 3rd cousins, neighbors, insurance agent told him that after the 2nd presidential debate rates were going down?

Tim is right- rates are great and timing the bottom is nearly impossible. If you really had a chance at it you would have nailed it at the bottom of the stock market- made a killing - and be able to tell us if the market will reverse and if it is time to sell now.
.125% on $200k is $14 a month- nice to have if you can get it but not a deal maker or breaker.
