I have and enjoyed reading your updates.

Congratulations! I look forward to reading your post after you close! Then you can finally breathe a sigh of relief

Congratulations!!! All the waiting is so stressful. DH and I are supposed to close on a house this Friday. We are getting a USDA loan... it's been through the bank's underwritters and now we are just waiting on the USDA Approval... the waiting is driving me bananas!!! LOL.

I have been following along. Congratulations! I am going through the same thing right now and it's very stressful, I log in and mine still says "In Process" It is so hard on the self employed, especially those of us that are 1099's! We know we can make the mortgage payment but proving to a loan officer we can do it is about the most stressful thing I've done in a long, long time and I've been self employed for 29 years! Wish me luck!

Hm.

I would prepare an excellent Letter of Explanation that talks about how this NEVER happens, it was a clerical error, and it certainly will never happen again.

Purchase or refinance? FHA or Conventional?
