An agent informed me that there is none known to him so given his expertise I am getting a little worried. Has anyone ever heard of such a modification problem for vacant homes? The bank knows that it is vacant and they are the ones who contacted me about a loan modification so I am trying to hold on to some hope that there is a program for vacant homes.
